- 400 W peak pulse power (8/20 μs waveform), supports up to 17A pulse current , compliant with IEC 61000-4-2/4/5 standards (ESD: 15 kV air discharge / 8 kV contact discharge; EFT: 40 A; lightning surge: 12 A).
Integrated Design ：
- Single-package integration Two pairs of 12V and 7V TVS diodes , replacing four discrete components and reducing PCB layout complexity and voltage overshoot.
Low capacitance and low clamping voltage ：
- The junction capacitance is as low as 45pF (Maximum clamping voltage under reverse operating voltage) 26V (17A pulse), protecting sensitive circuits from high-voltage surges.
Compact packaging ：
