Operations Manager

Job Description

1. Able to independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirement implementation, and monitoring post‑launch performance.

2. Able to establish an effective data‑tracking mechanism based on operational objectives and the current product status, drive the optimization of operational strategies in line with business development needs, and oversee the execution of online product‑promotion initiatives to achieve KPI targets.

3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay abreast of competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis.

4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Possesses strong analytical and logical thinking skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent stress tolerance; able to independently manage and complete projects.

2. Possesses keen insight, independent analytical skills, and strong capabilities in learning and innovation, as well as excellent verbal communication skills.

3. Passionate about product operations, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation and tackling challenging problems;

4. Must be able to create PRDs and wireframes; candidates with banking experience or a strong understanding of installment‑based e‑commerce, community‑based e‑commerce, and online‑earning platforms will be given priority.

5. Possesses strong stress tolerance, execution skills, and a robust learning ability.
